Charles J. Preuss originally from New York is a current member of the Fairfax Jubilaires, a Fairfax County VA Barbershop Chorus. Though having been influenced by his musical family including his father John who sang in the Nassau County NY Barbershop Chorus back in the 1970’s and 1980’s, Charles only decided in recent years to start singing himself .
One of his first singing adventures was the production of his CD “Charles J-Crooner Classics.” This CD is an eclectic mix of timeless pop, romantic and classic lyrical songs. A lot of “it’s got to be live” energy has been brought to the CD and its lyrical songs are performed as a simple duet of voice and piano.
