(Preset: The chorus is on the risers, upstage ofthe mid-stage curtain; which masks the risers. Downsfage is backlit in red hues to 75%. There is an office set downstage right for OH, who is sitting frozen at the desk. The set includes a hall tree and desk with a nameplate that reads, OH, and a chair. Downstage left is the lab, consisting ofa 6ft. table with a white table cloth on it, a nameplate that reads, CUE and the props needed for Scene 2.)

At 8:00 p.m. the curtainflies - C1- the chorus begins to sing the traditional James Bond theme and voice over. At the end of the theme, the chorus sings the concluding phrase of Sweet Adeline. While the chorus is singing, a single figure, Flames Pond, moves from stage left to stage right, stops, and suddenly spins so he is facing down stage and brings an electric pitch pipe to bear, the chorus abruptly stops singing and the figure blows a pitch 1/2 step higher than the chorus was singing. Lights come up downstage right - L1. Pond steps into an office set and tosses his hat onto the hanger, misses. He picks it up, moves a bit closer, tosses the hat, and misses. He picks it up, moves closer, and puts it on the hook and the entire hook falls out of the wall. His boss, "OH" is waiting in a freeze. OH breaks the freeze and begins the dialogue...
